Ipswich’s Foxhall Heath stages cracking Bank Holiday action this Monday.
The Classic Hot Rods are back in town to contest the June Blake Memorial Trophy and also their 2017 East Anglian Championship, joined by Bangers and Rookie Rods making a very appealing fixture!
The Classic Hot Rods return for the first time this year, with race two is being sponsored by Ipswich’s Kevin Blake, who has been a fan for many years, in memorial to his late Mother June. The Grand Final is for their 2017 East Anglian Championship which will add extra spice to local drivers wanting to keep the Title on ‘home tarmac’.
The Bangers are contesting Round 5 of their Ipswich Track Championship Seriess, while the Rookie Rods have already had a couple of appearances at Foxhall this season. Racing starts at 2pm and turnstiles open at 12.30pm.
Mascot,‘Timmy the Tyre’ will be in attendance to entertain the children.
