LOCAL football is bound to be well represented when a fund-raising day is held tomorrow for Kyle Knights.
The youngster, who left Chantry High School in the summer, is the younger brother of former Ipswich Town and current Yeovil front man Darryl Knights and the son of Kelvin, who was a talented player on the Ipswich local scene.
Kyle has been in a coma for the last month after a road accident in Ipswich - with Kelvin and his wife Maria barely leaving their son's bedside.
He has now been transferred from Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge to Ipswich.
The event takes place at Bourne Vale Sports and Social club with a game between Bourne Vale and Ipswich Co-op starting at noon.
Ipswich Town players are due to attend and the Portman Road-based club has supplied a signed shirt and ball that will be included in an auction at 3.0pm.
The Next Generation steel band will be playing and there will be a barbecue and bouncy castle - plus a bar.
Donations and auction items can be made to Paul May on 07711 216291 or Hayley May on 07787 927411.
