The Magpies second team were left still looking for their first win of the season following defeat to Braintree.
The first half was very even with Amy Tilley and Julie Podd both receiving unfortunate green cards.
The Magpies started the second half strongly, defending well throughout and clearing short corners.
From the continuous pressure however Braintree managed to score and despite Magpies best efforts they didn't manage to score an equaliser.
