It’s been a very eventful few hours at Ipswich Town, leaving many questions to be asked and answered – here’s our stab at predicting the future and reviewing the past.

Just last night, Mick McCarthy became the ex-Ipswich Town boss as he walked out dramatically after a three-minute press conference in the wake of the Blues’ 1-0 win over Barnsley.

That was followed this morning with the news that Academy chief Bryan Klug will lead the team in their last four games of the season, plus reassurances from Marcus Evans that he’ll take his time before appointing a new full-time boss.
