HULL City could be on the verge of signing Aston Villa's right-back Luke Young.
Young has become increasingly unhappy at the club after falling out with boss Martin O'Neil during pre-season. His first team place has been in question after the signing of Senegalese full-back Habib Beye from recently relegated Newcastle.
Young originally signed from Middlesboro for a fee that is said to have risen up to 6million. Villa have been playing the 30-year-old defender out of position which is thought to be what contributed to his unsettlement at the club.
If an agreement is met between the two clubs then a price tag of 4million is to be expected.
