Champions Ipswich IV defeated a strengthened Felixstowe side at the weekend.
A slight change in the Ipswich defence saw Charlotte and Rebecca Christie stop attack after attack down the wings and Sue Whiting pushed up into midfield.
Ipswich pressed high as usual and were caught short at the back, however the dominance of Kate Collins in goal did not unnerve the Ipswich side who kept a clean sheet. In all this season, Ipswich IV have conceded just seven goals.
Star striker Vanessa was completely marked out of the game, so when she was taken off, it left Lucy in acres of space to score three quick goals.
