The draw for the competition, which has a new sponsor in S1 Sport, sees last year's losing finalists Leiston visit manager Jason Dozzell's former club Ipswich Wanderers.
Suffolk County FA secretary Martin Head said: “I am thrilled that S1 Sport has chosen to attach their name to this respected competition for the coming season.”
Touchline Sports Suffolk Senior Cup holders Stowmarket Town have been handed a home draw in this season's competition against Debenham LC, losing semi-finalists last season.
S1 Sport Suffolk Premier Cup first round draw: Newmarket town v Haverhill Rovers, Mildenhall Town v AFC Sudbury, Bury town v Needham Market, Ipswich Wanderers v Leiston, Lowestoft Town v Ipswich Town, Kirkley & Pakefield v Walsham-le-Willows. Ties to take place on October 16 and 17, 2007.
