Ipswich Town left-back Jonas Knudsen has been called up by Denmark for their forthcoming World Cup qualifier with Kazakhstan and the friendly against Czech Republic.
The 24-year-old initially missed out on selection for Age Hareide’s squad but has now been included for the qualifier in Copenhagen, tonight.
After the World Cup qualifier, Knudsen, who has won two senior international caps, will then travel with his compatriots for a friendly in Czech Republic.
The former Esbjerg man has scored twice in 59 appearances for the Bules, following his arrival in Suffolk in August 2015.
Wales duo Jonny Williams and Tom Lawrence, Scotland’s Christophe Berra, New Zealand’s Monty Patterson and England Under-18 starlet Andre Dozzell complete the Ipswich Town names that are currently on international duty.
