Ipswich goalkeeper Bartosz Bialkowski admitted the Blues were second-best to Fulham on Saturday, as the hosts lost their 100% Championship record at Portman Road.

Bialkwoski was in good form in the first half as the Cottagers dominated possession and the chances, also hitting the woodwork twice.

“It was a tough game and they’re probably the best side we played this season so far,” he told iFollow Ipswich.

“Today they were better than us, but it’s still been a great start to the season.

“There has been seven games this month, and there’s six after the international break so it will be good to have a rest now.

“We need to make sure we come back after the break ready for our next games. We weren’t at our best today, but 12 points out of 15 so far – I’ll take that all day long.”
