Ipswich Town’s trip to Wigan next month selected for SKY TV coverage and Monday night kick-off

Ipswich Town’s Championship clash at Wigan Athletic, originally scheduled for Saturday September 20, will now be played on Monday September 22 and will be shown on Sky Sports (7.45pm).

Last season the Latics did the double over Town, who have never won on Wigan’s home patch.

The game will represent Town’s third on SKY this season, following their opening day victory against Fulham and last weekend’s defeat at home to Norwich.
