Ipswich Town to face Walsham-le-Willows in Suffolk Premier Cup

IPSWICH Town have been handed a home draw against Walham-le-Willows in the first round of the John Banks Suffolk Premier Cup.

The Blues last competed in the county’s premier cup competition in 2009/10 before Roy Keane withdrew them the following season.

Byes: Woodbridge Town and Kirkley & Pakefield (ties to be played October 9/10).

LB GROUP SUFFOLK SENIOR CUP, first round: Haverhill Sports Assoc v Corton, Felixstowe Utd v Grundisburgh, Long Melford v Cornard Utd, Brandon Town v Melton St Audrys, Stowmarket Town v Team Bury, Stanton v Achilles, Wickham Mkt v Debenham LC, Ipswich Wdrs v Old Newton Utd, Newmarket Town v Capel Plough, Coplestonians v Leiston St Margarets, Lakenheath v Whitton Utd, East Bergholt Utd v Crane Sports, Ipswich Ath v Ipswich Exiles.
