MARCIN Adamski has been cleared to play for the Blues tonight as the reserves take on rivals Norwich City.

The Polish defender starts in the game at Portman Road (7pm) but French striker Steve Marlet will not play as planned as he is in Spain trying out for another club.

Gary Roberts and Richard Naylor are also included for Town who field a raft of players with first team experience.

Among the youngsters on the bench is Paul Watson who scored for Town's Under-18s on Saturday before Town eventually went down 2-1 at Playford Road.

On loan Chelsea midfielder Jimmy Smith is included for the Canaries after recovering from injury.
