IPSWICH Town target Alan Judge has agreed to sign for Blackburn Rovers, it has been reported.
The EADT understands that the Irish midfielder – who has earned rave reviews at League One club Notts County – topped the Blues’ list of targets to replace released left-winger Lee Martin.
However, Sky Sports are reporting that the 24-year-old, as well as Millwall winger Chris Taylor, have both passed medicals at Ewood Park.
Judge started his career at Blackburn, making just two cups appearances for the Lancashire side before leaving for Meadow Lane.
Ipswich will now move onto their next target, with rising Brentford star Harry Forrester understood to be high on the list. The direct-running 22-year-old is set to play for the Bees in their League One play-off final against Yeovil at Wembley on Sunday (1.30pm ko).
