IPSWICH Town have just one fully fit senior goalkeeper available for Saturday’s visit of Derby County after young American Cody Cropper injured his knee in training today.

The Blues had England international David Stockdale recalled by from his loan spell by parent club Fulham ton Wednesday, while Richard Wright continues to struggle with a shoulder injury.

Jewell confirmed that Arran Lee-Barrett would start at Portman Road on Saturday – the keeper set to make only his 23rd appearance in two-and-a-half seasons at the club.

Cropper was on the bench when Lee-Barrett last deputised at Burnley (Stockdale and Wright injured that day), but the USA Under-20 international has now picked up a knee injury in training.

If Wright isn’t considered fit enough for inclusion as a sub, second-year academy scholar Conor O’Donnell – a Republic of Ireland U17 international – could be on the bench.

O’Donnell, who joined the Blues from his local club Buncrana Hearts in the summer of 2010, recently kept a clean sheet in the 2-0 FA Youth Cup victory over Leeds United at Portman Road.

And like 18-year-old Cropper, he is yet to make a senior appearance for the club.
