Ipswich Town have signed Northern Ireland Under-16s captain Josh Carson.

Ipswich Town have signed Northern Ireland Under-16s captain Josh Carson. Carson, who has been recruited for the Blues Academy from Parkhall College, County Antrim, has also represented his country at Under-17 level.
Liam Trotter has joined Scunthorpe United for a few days' training. He follows Jai Reason, who went to Cambridge United earlier in the week, and Ed Upson, who is at Southend.
Billy Clarke is nearing the end of his loan spell at Northampton Town while Jordan Rhodes is halfway through his one-month stint at Brentford.
Former Academy keeper Andrew Plummer has been signed up on loan by Irish Premier League side Glenavon from Bangor.
