Ipswich Town drew 1-1 at rock-bottom Crewe Alexandra, at Gresty Road, in their final away game of the 2021/22 season this afternoon.
The Blues, set to finish somewhere between ninth and 11th, were looking to finish the season on a high following an Easter weekend which saw them pick up one point from games against Rotherham and Wigan.
Kieran McKenna named U23s quartet Nick Hayes, Elkan Baggott, Cameron Humphreys and Tawanda Chirewa among his substitutes.
