Leeds v Ipswich: Ipswich Town’s top scorer Daryl Murphy and his regular strike partner, Freddie Sears, are among two of a quartet of players that have been dropped for tonight’s game at Leeds United.
Murphy and Sears have been relegated to the bench at the expense of loan duo Luke Varney, who plays against his former team, and Chris Wood, while Jonathan Parr and Paul Anderson come in to replace Kevin Bru and Richard Chaplow.
The Blues dropped to seventh in the Championship table last night, courtesy of Brentford’s victory against Huddersfield on Tuesday night.
Town could move back up to fifth with victory in West Yorkshire, provided Norwich fail to pick up any points at home to Wigan.
