MARCUS Evans is the 19th wealthiest person in England - with an estimated 625 million fortune - according to a new report.
FourFourTwo’s Football Rich List 2011/12 has put the mysterious Ipswich Town owner ahead of Liverpool’s John Henry (600m) and the Rao family at Blackburn Rovers (500m).
The notoriously reclusive Evans has moved up the rich list, having been 22nd last year when he was said to be worth 510m.
Colchester United owner and chairman Robbie Cowling is 92nd, worth 20m, while Manchester City owner Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan heads the rich list, worth a cool 20bn.
