BEN Thatcher has been officially unveiled as an Ipswich Town player this afternoon.

The uncompromising defender, who played for Town during the pre-season, finalised his move to Portman Road today.
He has signed a one-year contract with the option of another and will go straight into the side to face Burnley on Saturday.
The 32-year-old completed a medical at Portman Road and West Ham but chose the Blues over the Hammers after leaving Charlton in the summer.
