A NUMBER of fringe players will be on show this afternoon when Town reserves take on Northampton at Playford Road, 2pm.
Jordan Rhodes, who is looking to be at least on the bench against Chelsea, should be selected in a squad that will be confirmed this morning.
Kurt Robinson, who was at Sixfields on loan earlier this season, is among a number of those back from loan spells including Dean Bowditch, Matt Richards, Liam Trotter and Chris Casement are all hoping to get a run out with a number of scouts bound to be watching.
Jaime Peters and Shane Supple will be joined by the lies of Jai Reason and Ed Upson who are looking for new deals or new clubs.
Billy Clarke was pencilled in to play but he actually joins Northampton for a month's loan from Friday so may not now be included.
