IPSWICH Town's glory years under manager Bobby Robson are to feature in a special hour-long television special.
Sky Sports 1 will feature the Blues in their 'Time of our Lives' chat show series tonight at 10pm.
Entitled 'The Super Blues' the programme will look at Town winning the FA Cup in 1978 at the expense of Arsenal, finishing First Division runners-up in 1981 and 1982, and winning the UEFA Cup in 1981.
Former Town stars John Wark, Eric Gates and Paul Cooper are included in the programme giving their recollections of some wonderful times at Portman Road.
Presented by Jeff Stelling, the show has already featured a series of considered, nostalgic discussions featuring true legends of the game including Ian St John, Glenn Hoddle, Peter Bonetti, Billy McNeil and Sir Jack Charlton.
A new series will see Stelling reminiscing with guests, telling stories that have made football history. Their clubs, characters they played alongside, the most memorable matches and their particular rivalries - experiences that have illuminated their careers.
The producer of the show is massive Ipswich fan Mark Pearman, who is a director of Suffolk non-league side AFC Sudbury.
