NEW signing Grant Leadbitter has been handed the vacant No.6 shirt by Ipswich Town.
The squad number has been vacant ever since Richard Naylor left the club in January this year.
Carlos Edwards, who is currently away on international duty, is yet to be assigned a squad number. Every number up to 19 is now currently taken. Available shirt numbers include: 20-24, 26, 31 and 38.
Leadbitter undertook his first training with his new team mates this morning and will be officially unveiled at a 1.30pm press conference.
