Ipswich Town have extended the loan deals of striker Luke Varney and midfielder Richard Chaplow until the end of the season.
The pair, who have impressed in a Town shirt since initially signing one-month loan deals from Blackburn Rovers and Millwall respectively, will remain in Suffolk until May 2, with an option in place to stay for the play-offs as well.
Former Charlton and Leeds striker Varney has made two starts and four substitute appearances after arriving in January, while Chaplow scored an unforgettable 95th-minute winner against Watford to lift Town back into the play-off places last Saturday.
