Kenneth Zohore’s scrappy goal proved the difference in a much-improved performance from the Blues but Cardiff leave Portman Road with all three points,.
The defeat sees Town drop to to 14th, and are now without a goal in their last three home games and have scored two in their last seven at Portman Road with the Blues travelling to ninth placed Preston on Saturday.
