Ipswich Town fans don’t want to see talented young midfielder Kundai Benyu leave the club.
That’s according to a poll we ran on our websites earlier, after the news that the hotly-touted youngster is on the verge of sealing a move to Scottish giants Celtic.
69% of voters said they’d be disappointed if Benyu, 19, once of the hottest properties in the Town academy, left Portman Road for pastures new.

Town have the option of activating a 12-month extension clause in his current contract, but the two parties now seem set to go their separate ways.
Benyu spent time on-loan at Aldershot last season, helping the Hampshire side reach the National League play-offs, but the youngster has yet to make his debut for Town’s first team.
