Adult fans taking up their season tickets before the early bird deadline on April 30 will now pay the lowest price since 2010, with every season ticket cut by 10%

Ticket holders in the lower tiers of Portman Road will make a saving of £42 compared to this season, while season ticket holders in D block of the Cobbold Stand will save close to £100 for the coming season.

An adult ticket in the lower tier of all four stands will now cost £381, working out at just £16.56 per match, while season tickets for Under 23s will be available from £9 per game and seniors from £12.

Supporters under 16 will pay just £4.62 per game while Under 12s tickets works out at £1.96 per match.

When do season tickets go on sale?

Tuesday, April 3. Season ticket renewal packs will be sent out from this date.

When is the early bird deadline and how much can I save?

Anyone wishing to take advantage of the early bird prices must do so by midday on Monday, April 30.

Supporters can save more than £160 in the lower tiers of the Sir Bobby Robson and Sir Alf Ramsey stands, when compared to the post early bird prices for the 2017-18 season, and more than £250 elsewhere in the stadium.

What happens if I do not purchase before the early bird deadline but do purchase after?

Prices then revert to the same as the post-early prices for the current season (2017-18).

I already have a season ticket and want to renew... so how do I confirm?

Anyone already paying for their season ticket by direct debit will automatically have their ticket renewed at next season’s lower prices. You then don’t have to do anything.

If you are already a season ticket holder but do not pay by direct debit, then you can renew at the Planet Blue shop, online or by filling in a form sent out with season ticket packs.

I am not a season ticket holder but would like to buy one.

This can be done on the club website, ITFC Direct, or by calling in person at Planet Blue or by contacting the club shop on 03330 050503.

If I am a season ticket holder and do not want to renew, then how to I cancel?

Any season ticket holders wishing to cancel must do so in writing and this must also be done by the early bird deadline on April 30.

This can be done by emailing mainticketoffice@itfc.co.uk or by sending a form enclosed in season ticket packs. A Freepost envelope is provided.

Is the direct debit scheme still free?

Yes. Anyone purchasing before the early bird deadline can split their payments over 12 months free of charge, with the first going out on May 10. From then, subsequent payments will be taken on the first working day of the month. Supporters purchasing season tickets after the early bird deadline will have their payment spread over a shorter period.

Tell me about the U12 loyalty scheme...

Every time an U12 scans their season ticket they will be credited with £2 worth of loyalty points that can be spent in the club shop. If a young fan attends all 23 Championship home games they will earn £46 in points, which can be used against next season’s season tickets.
