There have certainly been some big stories coming out of Ipswich Town this week.

It's been contract time at Portman Road with favourite Blues players signing new deals with the club.

It all started on Monday with the news of Wes Burns' new deal.

And if that wasn't enough, we brought you news that Kayden Jackson had also put pen to paper on a new contract.

It very much appeared contracts were the order of the day, with three Town youngsters, Tyreece Simpson, Tawanda Chirewa and Tommy Hughes having options on their contracts taken up, or signed extended deals.

But that wasn't the end, as Andy Warren brought news of Luke Woolfenden extending his deal at Town, the young centre-half so impressing last summer.
