IPSWICH Town footballer Guirane N’Daw was released on bail last night after being charged with actual bodily harm.
Police charged the 28-year-old, who missed Town’s 1-0 win over Bolton at the weekend, with actual bodily harm late on Saturday night following an incident at a property in the town centre on Friday afternoon.
N’Daw, of Neptune Square, Ipswich, was arrested at Ipswich Hospital on Friday evening after a woman had received treatment for bruising and minor injuries.
N’Daw was remanded in custody but a police spokesman this morning said the footballer was last night released on bail to attend South East Suffolk Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, April 2.
