The young Blues were 2-0 up inside seven minutes, with Zak Brown scoring both goals for Town to take his tally for the season to seven.

The third goal came just before half time as Thomas Hughes whipped in a corner which was met by a Bristol City defender’s head which ended up flying into his own net.

Town scored a further two goals in the second half via Bailey Clements, who smashed home a half-volley from 25 yards, before defender Luca Vega made it 5-0 with a driving header from Matt Healy’s corner.

The young Blues make it back to back wins following last weeks 6-3 win over Charlton, and now make it five wins out of seven this season.
