Ipswich Town under-21s grabbed a last-gasp winner to sink 10-man Swansea, 2-1, in the Under-21 Premier League Cup, at Portman Road, on Monday night.
The Blues, who move to the First Round Proper, fought back from a goal down after Bartosz Bialkowski spilled a 30-yard effort from Kenji Gorre, in the first half.
Town, featuring Tommy Smith, Cameron Stewart, Balint Bajner and Alex Henshall, equalised in the second half through Darren McQueen, before Ryan Hedges headed into his own net.
Henry Jones had earlier received a straight red card.
