IVAR Ingimarsson is out of Saturday’s trip to Barnsley after breaking his nose in training.
The Icelandic international collided accidentally with young American Cody Cropper – putting paid to his chance of trying to break into the first 16 for Saturday’s crucial match.
During today’s pre-match press conference, Paul Jewell refused to rule out skipper Grant Leadbitter who is back in light training following the groin injury sustained in last month’s defeat by Reading.
Richard Wright and Damien Delaney remain sidelined while Jewell confirmed that both David Stockdale and Ibrahima Sonko suffered no ill effects after returning to the side in Saturday’s defeat by Watford.
