JIM Magilton has revealed that he could not stand in the way of Neil Alexander making his dream move to Rangers.
Magilton said: “We received an offer from Rangers and he is talking to them.
“Neil is a Scot's boy going home to play for Rangers. It was a difficult decision for us to make but one we feel comfortable with.
“Neil was outstanding against Plymouth but at this club we look after our players and would never stop them progressing their career.
“If a club comes in for a player and we feel it is good for him and this club then we would not stand in his way.
