IPSWICH Town boss Roy Keane will again have to pin his hopes on “youth” for tomorrow night’s Carling Cup quarter-final tie against West Brom.

Keane revealed, during this lunchtime’s press conference, that defender Tom Eastman is set to return after a groin injury, but that would be the only joy.

Four loanees - Rory Fallon, Jack Colback, Jake Livermore and Gianni Zuiverloon - are all cup-tied, while injuries will continue to rule out Connor Wickham, Gareth McAuley, Mark Kennedy and Luke Hyam. Defender Damien Delaney is also suspended, and keeper Marton Fulop is a big doubt with an ankle injury.

“I’ll be going with a young team, once again,” insisted Keane.

“I haven’t been too pleased about that, over the last month or two, because we have been playing too many young players at the same time.

“But I don’t really have any choice for tomorrow night,” added Keane.
