Every derby is about passion, loyalty and tribal pride. We get it. Ipswich Town v Norwich City is no different. But who do you have a sneaking regard for in the Canaries’ line up?

Vote in secret, vote anonymously but ‘none of the above’ is not an option. Cast a ballot from a shortlist of those likely to be available for Norwich City in Sunday’s televised Championship duel at Portman Road.

• Timm Klose

Arrived at Carrow Road in January 2016 for a price tag reportedly in the £8m region. Swiss international centre-back who played in the Champions League for Bundesliga outfit Wolfsburg. Admitted his first trip to Portman Road last season was a bruising affair after being buffeted by Daryl Murphy. Second time around in this league he looks far more comfortable dealing with the physical requirements. No coincidence since his return from injury Norwich have embarked on an eight game unbeaten run.

• Ivo Pinto

Direct, pacy right back cut in the modern mould. Better on the front foot but has improved defensively since his move from Dinamo Zagreb. Capped at every age group level for Portugal up until the seniors. Reaching his prime now at the age of 27 and has emerged as a leader after taking the captain’s armband from Russell Martin during the Canaries’ rapid recent improvement.

• James Maddison

Shortlisted for Championship player-of-the-month in September. Missed out on the top prize but did have the small consolation of claiming the goal-of-the-month for a dipping, long range effort to beat Middlesbrough. The 20-year-old attacking midfielder was touted with both Tottenham and Liverpool before opting to take the next step in his career with Norwich after leaving boyhood club, Coventry City. Young man with a massive future if he continues to develop at an accelerated rate.

• Josh Murphy

Twin brother Jacob sealed a reported £12m summer move to Premier League Newcastle United. Now its time for Josh to step forward. A speedy winger, like his brother, Josh was widely seen as the better prospect of the two when he was given his Premier League debut by Chris Hughton in 2013. Left out recently at Middlesbrough for what his head coach labelled an ‘unprofessional approach’ to preparation but no doubt at his best can decide games in the second tier.

• Nelson Oliveira

Added some spice to the derby build up with his comments regarding Norwich’s perceived superiority. Irked his head coach on the opening weekend of the season as well at Fulham with a bare-chested protest after a late equaliser, having been left out of the starting XI. Forget the antics, the City striker has the ability to be the best frontman in the Championship. Scored 17 goals in his last 32 appearances and was recently Cristiano Ronaldo’s team mate on World Cup duty for Portugal.
