JIM Magilton has finished third in the Championship manager of the month awards for October.
Watford's Adrian Boothroyd won the accolade with his side sitting at the top of the league.
Magilton also finished behind Bristol City boss Gary Johnson whose team sit in second place in the table.
With the award seen as a jinx many Town fans will be happy enough that the Blues boss missed out with Norwich City coming up on Sunday.
Swansea manager Roberto Martinez clinched the League One prize, while League two table topping MK Dons manager Paul Ince winning the prize for that division.
