IPSWICH Town defender Ian Miller has completed a permanent move to League Two Darlington, where he has spent two spells on loan.
Quakers manager Dave Penney said: “We're had talks with Ipswich and offered Ian an 18-month contract.”
Miller joined Town from Ryman League Division One North side Bury Town in September 2006, having impressed the Town management in a pre-season friendly at Ram Meadow.
He made a single substitute appearance for Ipswich in last season's 3-0 home victory over Plymouth.
The 24-year-old's contract with Ipswich would have been up at the end of the season and Town will not receive a fee.
