BLUES number two John Gorman is confident midfielder Tommy Miller will be fit to face Sheffield Wednesday tomorrow.
Miller has been struggling with a dead leg picked up in the FA Cup win over Chesterfield but hopes to be fit against the Owls.
Gorman said: “Tommy has improved and should be fit. We will give him as long as possible and have a final look at him in the morning.”
Owen Garvan is also over his virus and could start in place of the suspended Veliche Shumulikoski, while Liam Trotter is also in consideration.
Kevin Lisbie has recovered from a throat infection and pushing for a start.
David Wright is still struggling with a hamstring related problem but even though he is improving will not be included.
