Ipswich Town 2 Preston 1
TOMMY Miller finally got the goal he craved after an 18-month dry spell as the Blues took their unbeaten home run to eight straight games.
He combined with Pablo Counago to finish in the second half at Portman Road.
Alan Lee had put Town ahead after man-of-the-match Counago had played the ball wide for Jon Walters to cross.
Neil Mellor won a controversial penalty which he converted to deny Town a clean sheet but not the perfect home record.
