Richard Chaplow
Millwall midfielder Richard Chaplow is training with Ipswich Town this week, we can confirm.
The 30-year-old Accrington-born middleman is out of favour at the Den and it is understood he will not be offered a new deal when his current contract runs out in the summer.
Chaplow has played for Burnley, West Brom, Preston and Southampton during his career and has made over 270 appearances in the Premier League and Football League, scoring 25 goals.
