JORDAN Rhodes half a dozen goals at Ipswich Town reserves beat MK Dons 12-1 at a rain-swept Playford Road.
Jaime Peters, Billy Clarke, Sammy Moore, Dan Harding, Ed Upson and Paul Murphy, all got on the score sheet, while Reis Ashraf grabbed the Dons' equaliser.
Town were 8-0 up by half time in a one sided rout, although MK Dons never gave up and the Blues needed to stay focused.
It would have been more but for some good saves from the keeper and Town also hit the crossbar, while the visitors hit a post twice and the top of the bar.
Ipswich have lost just once in the two seasons they have been in the Pontins Holiday's Reserve League, and that was in their first game at MK Dons.
