IPSWICH Town’s pre-season game at Southend United, planned for this Friday evening, is in danger of being postponed.
New Shrimpers boss Paul Sturrock, who was unveiled at Roots Hall this morning, has revealed that he only has nine players at his disposal and that he is therefore planning to speak to Ipswich.
Town’s pre-season programme is already looking a bit threadbare, with the away game at PSV and the home match against West Ham being the two highlights.
