NEWCASTLE United fans have launched a petition for the Magpies to play an annual charity game with Ipswich Town.
The Toon Army want the two sides to meet up each year and play in aid of the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation which backs cancer research.
The two clubs last met in a friendly match in 2004 as a benefit game for Town coach Dale Roberts who died of cancer.
