Ipswich Town under-21s lost 2-0 at home to Charlton, at Portman Road, on Monday night, the Addicks scoring a goal in either half.
Striker Sylvan Ebanks-Blake played an hour for Town, following his cameo for the first team at the weekend against Blackpool, while Tottenham winger Roman Michael-Percil, 18, featured as a trialist for the hosts, before being replaced by Jack Doherty.
Michael-Percil scored eight goals in 16 appearances for Tottenham’s under-18s last season, has played for Spurs’ under-21s and has represented the Republic of Ireland at under-16 level.
