SPANISH league side Real Valladolid will provide the big name Portman Road friendly a week before the Blues start their Championship campaign at Coventry City.
The Spaniards, who finished 16th in La Liga last season, take on Town on Friday, July 31 with a 7.45pm kick off.
The game will be the last warm up match for Roy Keane's side and comes six days after their home match against Colchester united which also doubles up as Fabian Wilnis' testimonial game.

The Blues have also confirmed they will play Waterford United on Friday July 17 followed by the game at Cork City two days later.
Town also take on Finn Harps, Brentford and Southend, away from home.
