SOUTH African international Quinton Fortune is to have a trial with Ipswich Town.

This has been confirmed by the 32-year-old's agent Hayden Evans, who said: "Birmingham and Ipswich have invited Quinton to train with them so they can both have a look at him.

"Quinton is looking for a new club and he would be keen on returning to England."

The defender is being released by Tubize of Belgium, and is available on a Bosman free transfer. He played with Town boss Roy Keane at Manchester United.
