THERE is an outside chance that Connor Wickham could return for Ipswich Town against Leicester City on Saturday - but only from the bench.
Wickham has returned to training this week, after his recent thigh injury, although he was not risked during an 11 versus 11 training match yesterday.
Speaking at this morning’s Portman Road press conference, Keane revealed: “If Connor trains well today and tomorrow, then he might get in the squad,” said Keane.
“But he certainly won’t be starting on Saturday. He could be on the bench, because he’s been a good impact player for us.”
