While 16-year-old striker Connor Wickham is likely to 'rested' and be on the bench after his two-goal exploits at the ProStar Stadium, midfielders Colin Healy and Alan Quinn will come into serious contention.
The injured David Norris has to be replaced and Healy is favourite to do that while Quinn will be putting pressure on young guns Liam Trotter and Jamie Peters.
Up front, Jon Stead is expected to start as new signing Tamas Priskin has had his Town introductions disrupted by a midweek trip to play for Hungary.
There could be changes at the back however from the side that lost 2-1 at Coventry last Sunday with both City goals the result of sloppy defending.
David Wright and Tommy Smith will be pushing for a starting place for a game that will be tough as Leicester have won their two opening 2009/10 games.
