Ipswich Town’s under 21 side lost 3-1 at home to Brentford this afternoon.
The Blues took the lead early on through striker Sam Ford, but the visitors responded at Playford Road as Courtney Senior, Reece Cole and Jan Holldack found the net to secure the win.
Next up for the young blues is a visit to QPR on Friday.
Town: Henly, Emmanuel, Fowler, Robinson (c), Kenlock, McDonnell, Hammond, Tracey (Blanchfield 61), Henshall (Ramadan 86), Ford (McKendry 76), Alabi. Subs not used: Hayes, Salaudeen.
