Peterborough’s first home Premier League match of the season has been selected for live television coverage.
Sky Sports will be present at the East of England Showground on Tuesday April 29 for the clash with Newcastle (7.30pm start).
Although the majority of Sky-covered fixtures are from the Elite League, their Premier League broadcasts last year threw up some thrilling encounters, and the Diamonds are likely to provide attractive opposition for the Panthers.
The Tyneside club are led by Ludvig Lindgren and Stuart Robson, and also include exciting young Swede Anton Rosen along with rising British stars Lewis Kerr and Lewis Rose, plus Chris Schramm – who won the Conference League with the Peterborough Pumas in 2002.
