In brief
LEISTON were recently awarded a cheque for 150 along with a cheque for 100 to their chosen charity after they were the Ridgeons League Team of the Month for November.
As well as success in the FA Cup and FA Vase, Leiston had the best League playing record along with the fewest cautions.
The Football Club's chosen charity is the MS Society which continues its connection with British Energy who also supports the charity.
In the Suffolk and Ipswich League the December Senior Club of the Month were Woodbridge Athletic and Junior Club of the Month were Aldeburgh Town.
Sportsmanship Winners were Framlingham Town (Senior) and Waterside (Junior). Runners-up were St Johns (Senior) and Dennington United (Junior). These awards are for the Clubs with the highest average monthly sportsmanship mark given by referees.
Congrats to all.
